Rose is a native Kansan who took up golf seriously after college. She played on the Futures Tour from 1986-1988. She has spent the last 22 years in Austin, Texas where she taught at the Harvey Pennick Golf Academy. Mike Adams and Ed Oldfield have also influenced her teaching philosophy.

In 1993 Rose joined the LPGA teaching division and has been a class A member since 1997. Rose has been at Shining Mountain since its re-opening in 2007 and will be joining us again this year.
